A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "Laverne & Shirley in the Army" (1981-1982). Featuring a dark wooded room with a pendant lamp and escape route through a vent, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The background is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Measuring 10.5"x13.25" overall, the background is in very good condition with surface wear and some minor paint loss.
